Born and raised in Jos, Hyacinth Obidi, also known as T.U.C, began his musical journey at the age of 11 as a member of his church band. Mastering the drums, piano, bass guitar, and lead guitar, T.U.C built a solid foundation in music, eventually transitioning to music production. His early experience playing in bands instilled a deep hunger for creative control, driving him to pursue music production professionally in 2011.

T.U.C’s versatility allows him to work across genres, influenced by his mood, environment, and the artist he is collaborating with. His portfolio boasts collaborations with some of the biggest names in the Nigerian music industry, including Wizkid, Oxlade, Wande Coal, and Adekunle Gold, alongside international stars like Sean Kingston and Ashanti. His work on Yung L’s ‘Eve Bounce’ featuring Wizkid and Oxlade’s ‘Asunasa’ with Wande Coal are standout highlights in his career.
